The Course

An 8-week secular mindfulness course designed to help you establish a sustainable daily meditation practice. Through weekly sessions and daily guided practice, you will develop tools for greater focus, emotional resilience, and overall wellbeing.

The course follows a proven curriculum and includes Daizan Skinner's book as a textbook. Sessions are held in a small, intimate group setting — maximum 5 participants — allowing for personal attention and a supportive learning environment.

About the Teacher

Benji has maintained a daily meditation practice for 15 years. He is currently training as a meditation teacher through IMTA/Zenways. With 30 years in Research & Development and the process industry, and currently serving as an executive in a metallurgical company, Benji understands the demands of professional life firsthand.

He is married and father of two grown-up daughters. Meditation has brought more peace, balance and happiness to his life.
